Keys and Organ Stems

AudioPod separates keyboard instruments from any song on every plan (piano on Basic, the rest on Creator and above): upload the track to the Stem Splitter and pick piano, keys and synths, organ or celesta — AudioStems, AudioPod's stem-separation engine, returns each as its own file, at 1,320 credits per minute for the Creator+ isolators.

How it works

Step by step

  1. 01

Open the Stem Splitter and upload a song or paste a link.

  2. 02

Switch to Isolate (or Remove) and pick the keys and organ rows you need.

  3. 03

Check the credit quote — it is shown before anything runs.

  4. 04

Download each part. Download as MP3, WAV or FLAC, with 16- or 24-bit for WAV and FLAC, on every plan — the format changes the files, not the price.

Choosing between keys and organ options

  • The standard Piano stem is on every plan, Basic included, and targets the acoustic piano. Keys is for everything else on a keyboard; pick both when a song has piano and synths.
  • A sustained organ chord and a synth pad can sound alike; if the part you want is a synth, use Keys rather than Organ.
  • If a bell-like sound is struck with mallets rather than played from a keyboard, try Xylophone on the Percussion and FX page instead of Celesta.

Good uses

  • Recreating a synth patch by hearing the part alone.
  • A keys-minus backing track for a keyboard player.
  • Studying a celesta or organ part in an orchestral or church recording.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can I turn the piano into MIDI?

Yes: the standard Piano stem converts to MIDI on every plan, and Creator and above can choose the piano specialist — see Piano to MIDI. Keys, Organ and Celesta return audio only.

Which stem catches synthesizers?

Keys, which covers synths, organs and electric pianos together. Organ is for when you want only the organ.

How much does it cost to isolate keyboard instruments?

Each row in the table is one price group, charged per minute of source audio: Piano 660, Keys 1,320, Organ 1,320, Celesta 1,320 credits per minute. Picking several groups in one job adds their prices. A 4-minute song through one 1,320-credit isolator is 5,280 credits — about $0.70 pay-as-you-go — and Creator's monthly credits cover about 37 songs that long.

Which keyboard instruments are on the free plan?

Piano, as part of the standard split (vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and other) that Basic runs from its monthly credits. Keys, Organ and Celesta belong to the 45-instrument menu that Creator and above unlock. See pricing for plan prices.

Can I remove one of these and keep the rest of the song?

Yes for Piano, Keys, Organ and Celesta: switch the Stem Splitter to Remove mode and pick it. Removing costs the same and needs the same plan as isolating.
