What does the security review process look like?

We start with a 30-minute architecture call, share our data-flow diagrams, security policy, and the DPA, then work through your procurement questionnaire. Most reviews close in 2–4 weeks.

Is AudioPod SOC 2 certified?

We're on the SOC 2 Type II path with an audit window in 2026. In the meantime we share the security policy, architecture diagrams, breach notification policy, and any reasonable subset of the SOC 2 control list on request.

Can we license custom voices for our brand?

Yes. Custom voice licensing covers brand voices (cloned with consent, dedicated to your account) and per-project voice clones with full commercial rights. We sign per-voice consent and usage agreements.

What's the pricing model for enterprise?

Custom credit allocations sized to your monthly volume, with committed-use discounts and pre-paid capacity options. Contact us with rough volume estimates and we'll send a quote.

Do you offer self-hosting or dedicated regions?

Self-hosting is on the roadmap. Dedicated regions and isolated tenancy are available today for committed-use accounts.

We support SAML 2.0 and OIDC. JIT provisioning, group sync, and per-role permissions across the dashboard and the API. SCIM provisioning is on the near-term roadmap.
