How do I remove reverb from a vocal?

Upload the vocal and run Reverb removed from the Cleanup & mastering section of the stem splitter (Creator and up). If the vocal is inside a finished song, isolate it first and run reverb removal on the isolated vocal.

What does reverb removal cost?

990 credits per minute of source audio. A 4-minute vocal is 3,960 credits; isolating it from the song first adds 2,640 at the core rate.

Should I remove the reverb before or after isolating the vocal?

After. Separation keeps the reverb that was printed on the vocal, so isolating first and removing the reverb second gives the reverb pass a single voice to work on rather than a whole mix.

Does it remove background noise too?

No. It removes room echo and reverb. Steady noise — hiss, hum, air conditioning — is noise reduction's job, a separate tool.

Can I use it on speech?

Yes. A voice memo in a tiled room or a podcast recorded in a bare office is exactly the kind of recording it is for.
